Steve Berlack is President and Founder of The Berlack Method LLC. Using the Broadcast Your Inner Champion Coaching System as the framework, Steve effectively weaves together his wide-ranging background in military, public education, and non-profit leadership. He drives home powerful messages to his audiences concerning health, productivity, goal setting, self-awareness, responsibility, and community/organizational growth.

A television host at BET, Steve also hosted his own Disney talk show pilot. Steve has appeared on 60 Minutes, The Huffington Post, Ebony Man Magazine, The City Journal, and many other media outlets. He is the author of Broadcast Your Inner Champion, which serves as a resource for his coaching system. Presenting from the perspectives of father, executive, Fulbright Scholar and Malik Shabazz Human Rights Institute Scholar, Steve speaks as much from personal experience as he does from research.

Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Morgan State University. He earned his undergraduate degree in History at The City College of New York, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and has served on the Board of Codman Square Main Street and on the Board of Overseers of the Financial Services Academy/New England College of Finance.
