Angela Davis was a Black revolutionary professor catapulted to the national stage when California Gov. Ronald Reagan fired her from UCLA in 1969. A year later, she became the third woman ever on the FBI's Most Wanted List.
She has appeared in documentaries like "The Black Power Mixtape" and Ava DuVernay's "13th," but never in a biopic. We think that needs to change.
