"Parental Alienation & Family Court" is an EPIDEMIC that is DESTROYING families and no one is really addressing it until my guest Eric Scharfenberger shot a video in a family courtroom where he absolutely called out the corrupt family lawyers that make millions by targeting parents against each other in an attempt to stretch out the court proceedings to make more money and make the non custodial parent (mostly fathers) pay 1000's of $ to fight to even get 'visitation access' ever see their children again.

This is the most important and also most personal topic I have covered in this podcast series and it has taken me months get up the courage to release this, and I am choosing to it today, March 5th which is my son Ethan's 15th birthday.

(Which I have sent emails to his mom to have a skype call set up with him and to be able to send him his presents, and got no reply, which is unfortunately common and not surprising basically happens every year...

What is surprising is how a person/parent can be so sociopathic to rob their child from a healthy loving relationship from their other parent and tell the child 'they don't need that other parent in their lives")

Very few people know the whole story of the absolute hell I have been through to not only maintain a relationship with my son, but to even have contact with him after his mother and I broke up years ago, which resulted in a 10 year intense court custody case that I basically got completely screwed over in, and I for the first time ever reveal all the details in this episode...

As a result of these 10 years in court fighting for my fatherly rights, I basically lost all my 'rights' as we settled out of court and in doing so it has been 5 years since I have been 'allowed' to visit my son, for zero reasonable reasons other than his mother saying he has a new dad now, that being her new husband.

Thought looking at the facts from a surface level, guys like me, Eric and millions of other parents who are not living with or spending tons of time with their children may appear to be "dead beat dads / moms" however you never know the circumstances or the legal reasons why they are not invited or allowed to have the unrestricted access to their own children because of this 100% corrupt family court system.

Which is so sick and twisted I could rant on forever about that.
