She explains that the key to wellbeing is a mindset goal and how healthy eating leads to healthy living. The key to achieving a healthy life is a combination of things that complete the person holistically and each person has his own way to achieve this, the fundamental part is to find what best works for us without competing or comparing ourselves to other people.
