Andrew Ware, aka The RunninRev, intertwines his roles as a pastor and runner. Ordained in the United Methodist Church for 9 years, he prioritizes community and innovation. As a seasoned runner, he values self-care and uses running as therapy. Certified as a USATF Level 1 Coach, he’s also experienced in organizing races. Amidst the pandemic, he began advocating for self-care, having faced burnout himself. Family remains his anchor, providing unwavering support. He invites others to join his journey of growth and connection, emphasizing community building.
