30. James Bulger: A Toddler’s Life Stolen

Denise and her two-year-old son, James, were hand in hand at the mall. As we know, it’s hard to keep toddlers still. Especially, when there is so much for them to look at and they want to run around. James let go of his mom’s hand for a split second, and when she looked down, he was gone. What happened to baby James was so vile and evil.
