They are joined by guests, Jessica Sainsbury, a final year dual field adult and mental health nursing student and RCN Students' Committee chair, and BJ Waltho, a registered nurse and trained midwife, who is an Associate Director of Operations and Chair of RCN Congress. From different spectrums of their nursing careers, Jessica and BJ offer their advice on how to raise your voice. Clare and Craig then reflect on what they have learned and how they can take this forward in their practice.
