RIPE 78 diversity panel with Amanda Gowland & Paula Gould

Episode description

The Women In Tech panel at RIPE 78 was a resounding success and it’s been growing steadily for years.

After the panel we caught Amanda Gowland, Senior Communications Officer and Change Officer of RIPE NCC and organizer of the panel, and Paula Gould, Men & Mice’s Head of Brand and Communications, for a quick evaluation of the panel, the challenges conquered and those that still lie ahead.

Diversity is an important issue, not just in technology but all over. As Amanda pointed out: diversity is a strength and an asset; and as Paula observed, progress often comes with pushback.
