With a passion for education combined with real estate, Aisha was thrilled to join the Sarah Larbi Development Team in 2021. She now works very closely with Sarah and her students. This not only gave her the opportunity to take on roles that she enjoyed and felt challenged in, but also gave her the chance to learn the industries professionally. Over the years, while working full-time, she was able to leverage her salary to invest in real estate with her first property purchase in 2015 at just 23 years old.
Aleks' preferred investing strategy is buying and holding properties, with firsthand experience managing and converting homes to legalized two-unit dwellings. Her goal for 2022 is to expand her real estate portfolio by investing in multifamily unit apartments.
