This week I got to chat with Nicole Ferrier! Nicole is a certified personal trainer with a BA in Exercise Science. She owns her own coaching business, Nicole Ferrier Fitness, and is an NPC bikini competitor. Nicole is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she is very dedicated to educating her clients and followers on all things health and fitness daily.
Nicole and I talked about why you can't diet forever, what happens when your body is a caloric deficit for too long, and why you might to incorporate a reverse diet. We went over what exactly a reverse diet is, how to do it, when to do it, how often, and for how long!
