Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, Cyclebar instructor, toddler mama with another on the way! Currently, Katie works full-time as a RDN/health educator for BJC, covering all aspects of fitness and nutrition and she also takes private clients on the side for personal training and nutrition through Katie Jane Nutrition, LLC.
Katie answered all of YOUR nutrition questions including: What foods should I be eating most days for optimal health? How much water do I need for real? Do kids need a multivitamin? Is collagen a complete protein? Is salt bad? And so much MORE!
