Episodio 15 - Corona (Prima Parte)
La storia della missione Corona, arrivata nelle Langhe piemontesi nell'autunno del 1944. A comandarla c'era il maggiore Hugh Ballard che rimase, insieme al suo radiotelegrafista, l'unico membro della missione per un certo periodo. Gli agenti arrivarono nel bel mezzo di un durissimo rastrellamento e dovettero darsi alla fuga, sperimentando fin da subito tutte le asprezze della guerra partigiana.
The story of the Corona mission, landed in the Langhe region of Piedmont in the Autumn of 1944. Leading the mission was Major Hugh Ballard who was, together with his radio operator, the only member of the mission at the start of it. The agents arrived right in the middle of a brutal rastrellamento and had to immediately flee. Right away, they had a taste of the harsh partisan life.
