Jasmine Bucher is the Director of Educational Technology at Lebanon Valley College and Theater Director at Palmyra Area High School. and Shila Ulrich is the Executive Director of The Caring Cupboard, a choice food pantry in Central Pennsylvania.  Passionate about communication, expression, and collaboration, Jasmine  seeks opportunities where she can help others find their voice for community good. For over 25 years, technology and theatre have helped  her do so, particularly working with K-12 and higher education environments. Before working in educational technology, Jasmine worked extensively in communications and state politics.  She currently serves on the board of the Hershey Area Playhouse and is an enthusiastic volunteer of The Caring Cupboard. Shila is passionate about building strong communities through collaboration and has worked in many capacities to realize this vision.  She currently serves on the board of Palmyra Interfaith Manor and  Lebanon County Housing Authority. Additionally, she serves on the Better  Together Lebanon County steering committee and is the co-chair of the  Healthy Food Access Committee.
