How many people are scared right now.... too many. Media is so terrifying right now and yet we are consumed by it. It is so difficult not to get sucked into the negativity. We cannot let our guards down. We must practice our mental toughness on a daily basis. Callusing our minds for days like this. Shit happens. How can we pivot? How can we improve through the crisis? How can we change our mentality from being "HOLY F*** THE WORLD IS ENDING" to "hmmmmm...... I am so glad I practice mental toughness or I would be really stressed out right now." We all battle this.
I cannot express how grateful I am to listen back to this moment, when I didn't want to do anything but lose it... and see that I did it anyways. Show it when it's tough because we are all HUMAN. We have to share our thoughts with each other. What if a positive vibration from you can pass to someone who is not doing good mentally right now? What if you can change their life with one conversation?
