我是一個軟體應用開程式開發(Application)的專案經理，在資訊產業擁有20年的專案管理經驗，去年剛結束一個長達5年的醫療核心專案，2022年我除了Application外，也開始負責 Infrastructure、Security、Data及AI領域的案子。
持續成長與分享，是我開設這個 Podcast 的主要目的，我會分享自己在專案管理上的一些經驗和心得，包含PM做什麼以及學習新東西後的內化知識。同時我也會邀請身邊的專業人士，一同來聊聊職場的心路歷程，以及自己的職涯發展。
