Hall Of Fame Baseball Development advice from Casey Fisk

Casey Fisk is the owner of Fisk Performance Training in Michigan. Casey played 1B, pitched, and caught at Illinois State University. He coached 10 years of High School baseball & 12 years of travel baseball. Casey played four seasons at NCAA DI Illinois State in the Missouri Valley Conference. During his time at ISU, Fisk was named to the MVC All-Tournament Team as a senior as he led the Redbirds to the league title and a berth in the regional tournament played that year at Oklahoma State University. He went on to play two years of professional ball in the Independent League in Champaign and Lafayette. He launched Fisk Performance Training in 2000 to train athletes to meet & exceed the physical demands of the next levels of competition.   Perhaps his greatest accomplishment is being in the dugout for every single one of his three daughters' games.
Casey's dad is Hall of Fame catcher Carlton Fisk.
