Welcome to the podcast! Episode 94 is an interview with Nick Fuller. Nick works as a clinician and researcher looking at the biological imperative to regain weight (why 95% of us fail long-term on our weight-loss journey) and how we can overcome the body’s usual response to weight loss. Many people embark on a running journey to lose weight (myself included), so this discussion is particularly relevant in helping people met their long-term goals in keeping weight off. For a future episode, I am asking the question, “What did you learn from 2020?” This can be running or endurance sports related, or not! Glenn Vinar gives five stars and says: Great podcast I’ve listened to many of Isobel’s podcast episodes now and they are enjoyable and informative. She has many great guests and covers a wide range of running related topics. I like the fact the episodes are usually fairly long (45-60 minutes) go into good detail on the topic being covered. These are conversation style podcasts and feel pretty easy listening. Isobel has a likeable personality and I find myself relating to a lot the things she has to say. Thanks so much Glenn, I really appreciate it! If you enjoy this episode, please do go on over and rate and review. As racing comes back with a vengeance, I am getting busier and busier. I have now only a few athlete spots left. If you are interested in structured, individualised training, email me email@example.com Enjoy the interview with Nick!
