This may be the most challenging question that you'll face as a  growing entrepreneur. Because the perfect patient is not about you. It's about asking, who can we target, and who will build the business that you want?

As entrepreneurs, we often fall into the trap of thinking we can do a little bit of everything. The thought of having to turn someone down sends us into a tailspin. But if you're looking to grow your business, you must understand that clients are looking for specialists, not a jack of all trades!
