Yet, somehow, we seem to be falling further away from it and out of alignment with all of our efforts.

One of the ways you can create more blocks so you can fulfill your vision is the use of negative language. And it starts to even add to the deterioration of our own inner strength. Be aware of how you utilize language because it can lead you to new pathways of what success looks like. It's crucial to have a clear sense of how we speak to ourselves, how we set up our lives, and support who we really are in our most excellent selves.
Part Two of ‘Self-Sabotaging Behavior During Crisis | Stop Blaming Yourself’
If you want to break your self-sabotaging behaviors, you must stop blaming yourself even if there are moments where you can't move through the process. Blaming yourself isn't going to help the situation. Generally, whether you're in partnership with somebody or part of a community, it's not serving anyone. It is not helping you rise to the occasion and to show up in your full excellence.
“You deserve to be valued and appreciated.” - Lia Dunlap (09:59-20:05)
The cousin of blaming is shaming, which shows when we compare ourselves to others and their process.out there running are just as miserable as you are if that's the place you're stuck into right now. You have to stop comparing yourself with someone who's a hundred steps ahead of you.
Start believing in yourself. Watch your behavior patterns and listen to your language. You can do this by merely writing down your vision and watch for the places where you create these walls around either what's possible for you or not. You are worthy of being recognized, valued, and appreciated for your purpose. Stop putting in blocks that are based around perfection.
