ORN It Takes A Long Time To Get Young 10/7/22
part two

How long can we keep our bodies?

No evidence the body ages just because. “Age” results from stress and our state of consciousness.

We create “diseases” to grow spiritually. But we can detox.

Disorders in particular organs correspond to particular emotions.

Commercial beef has minimal chemicals in it. Good to eat even if you can’t get grass-finished beef.

We create diseases so we can learn that we created them. And then we can change our ways. E.g. If you think you have low thyroid, figure it out.

We don’t have anything, like thinking we have heart or thyroid disease. It’s not something separate from us that we have to fix.

What we do have are detox reactions. We don’t catch germs or anything like colds or COVID.

Carey’s 84 y.o. father has diabetes, stroke damage with a PEG tube. Trying to keep his blood sugar down. Improving with hemp protein in raw milk. Suggested bone broth, eggs, molecular hydrogen, cream, BioSuperFood. Listener suggested chewing up meat or blending it and feeding it into the PEG tube.

Bacteria are trying to heal the body. That’s when the pain starts. Ordinarily antibiotics are not helpful, but sometimes are if the body is overwhelmed and not vigorous enough to sustain the fight.

Listener impressed with Putin’s 9/30/22 speech to Russian parliament on ORN homepage.

Is Patrick’s pain between his toes from oxalates? A feeling of sharp glass. He was eating a diet heavy in oxalates.

Eating tallow, cream, raw milk, ghee to get more fat in the body.

Listener liked John Titus show about the banking system.

Just Do It – the slogan that turned Nike’s fortunes around. A good motto for life.

Giselle wonders how you can say someone doesn’t have cancer when they have cancer.

Cancer is an out-of-balance condition, but it’s not trying to kill you.

Klaus Schwab says the idea that people have free will is rubbish.

Listener perplexed by Sally K. Norton’s assertion that vegetables could not be good for us.

The phenomenon of having a garden is just a blip in history. But the idea of the benefit of vegetables is sacrosanct today.

Lettuce and botanical fruits (with seeds) such as avocado, peppers, and squash are low in oxalates.

Listen to ORN show with Konstantin Monastyrsky about why fiber is a menace. Also see ORN slide show about fiber.

Need for water is partly driven by needing water to process fiber.

Reports of Chinese police locking down tourists in airport with machine guns. Reputedly to stop riots.

Fear by Chinese authorities that people will rise up and storm the castle, as has happened historically.

What will happen in the November US elections? Curious times now, hard to believe anything.

The universe does respond to our needs and desires. Tell God what you want, work towards it, believe you’ll get it, and you’ll get it, if you do everything you can in the physical world to get what you want.

Sciatic problems respond to body work. Stretching and other techniques help release the pressure on the nerve.

Is Patrick still doing the hanging? Twice a day. Stretch out the spine, extend the neck back.
