Today's episode is inspired by Teddy Roosevelt's famous quote: "Comparison is the thief of joy." (HELLO REALNESS!) Karen & Katie chat about how they both struggle with comparing themselves to others. Karen shares the inspiring story of her experience participating in the AIDS Ride, and realizing that (even though she was passed by some hot shot 80-year-olds) it was "her ride” and not a competition with impressive octogenarians. Katie shares a similar story about an experience at a triathlon, the pair talk about how much they love Cheetos, and discuss the importance of celebrating oneself.
