In dieser Folge beschäftigen wir uns mit dem Arzt-Therapeuten Verhältnis. Warum wird nicht verordnet, wann verdient ein Arzt im GKV System wirklich Geld und ist es immer böse Absicht, wenn ein Patient kein neue Rezept bekommt?
Zu Gast dürfen wir Dr. Martin Schwarze vom Atos MVZ in Bochum begrüßen.
Martin ist konservativer Orthopäde und Unfallchirurg und hat 2020 seine entsprechenden Facharzt anerkannt bekommen.
Mit Martin haben wir uns über Regresse, Erwartungshaltungen der Ärzteschaft an die Physiotherapeuten und mögliche Diagnoseformen unterhalten. Aufgezogen haben wir dieses Gespräch am Beispiel einer Kreuzbandversorgung, da sie den Spagat zwischen 18 Therapieeinheiten Regelverordnung und neun Monaten Rehabilitationsdauer am besten darstellt.
