Bill Premo shares wisdom with a side of humor and offers his take on how to stay sharp and keep moving throughout the winter months.Reporter Melissa Townsend talks with Mary LaGarde (White Earth Nation), who is the Executive Director of the Minneapolis American Indian Center.
