So many people have been taught that to be strong, we have to hide everything that hurts us, push the pain down as deep as it will go, smile and pretend that everything is always okay. Learn how to acknowledge your pain and process what has hurt you. Learn how to allow yourself yourself to feel the pain and process your pain in order to move forward in your healing process. Release your emotions from the prison they are captive allowing yourself to process whatever has happened to you. To get to the other side where self love, peace and joy reside you must first: Let it Hurt, Let It Bleed, Let It Heal and then finally Let It Go.
