Insurance: The only product you pay a lot of money for, then hope you never use.
Whether it's home, life, car or health, insurance is often a necessary part of modern life. What's not necessary, however, is paying more than you have to.
I get it: insurance is boring. Woody Allen said it best: "There are worse things in life than death. Have you ever spent an evening with an insurance salesman?" But we're going to give you some news you can use, without making your eyes glaze over!
In this week's "Money" podcast, we're going to talk about how to shop for insurance without hassle, other techniques to save on virtually every kind and the types of insurance you don't need.
As usual, I share the broadcast booth with longtime financial journalist and fellow podcaster Miranda Marquit.
