The reason for launching this Podcast is to help people globally through sharing other peoples health stories and in return to show people that you are not suffering alone as the Power is in the Sharing.These episodes were originally done as a Facebook Live and I have decided not to edit the comments from viewers as it will help more people.This podcast covers all areas around nutrition, diet, disease (including invisible conditions) and overall well-being.
