Fran Garton - Living a Pain Free Lifestyle
#170 - Fran Garton didn't know what was wrong, but one day things didn't feel right. She was eventually diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Unsatisfied with medicating herself to stop the pain, she knew there was another way. She talks about the in this weeks episode. As runners, we're used to dealing with pain. But there's a difference between the temporary pain of a race or training run and the constant pain from a disease, illness or medical condition. Fran helps give us suggestions and ways to helps with this pain, as well as inspiration to start our own journeys living pain free.
