#113 - Many of us may run the opposite direction when faced with a treadmill, but elite runner Chris Wehrman and RunBetter are out to change that! The app RunBetter, on IOS and Play Store, can make treadmills more exciting (I know, but it's true), by giving us race courses from all over the world. You can run the London Marathon one week and Big Sur the next if you want. Chris has a fascinating running history as well that he shares with us this week.
