#243 - If you go to a race now, it's not unusual to see a big percentage of older runners. And why not? We're living longer, healthier lives. Running plays a very important part in our healthy lifestyle. To keep running throughout our lives, we may need to switch up a few things, though, and I'm here to help you do that. I'm a young-ish runner in my 60s and I'm well aware of the changes an older runner brings. So, let's face this age thing together with a smile and our determination!
