#163 - This week, I talk about a few running myths that need to be broken. I start it off with dispelling the myth about the word: failure. Why are runners today afraid to use this word? We runners should not be. We learn from failure and we can grow and become better runners by embracing our failures. I also talk about the quotes from a famous fitness influencer and motivator and why a lot of what he says isn't true. It's time to break away from unicorns and lollipops and know that in reality, we runners are way stronger!
