#145 - In this year's Haunted Running Trails Halloween episode, I focus specifically on Yosemite. There's plenty of haunted tales and legends to fill up an entire show! Yosemite is an incredible place to visit. It's the perfect place to get away from the city, to camp, to hike, trail run and just to explore the majesty of nature.
But there is lots of history there as well. The Miwok Native Americans have tales I share, as well as other stories that have been passed along through the ages.
