#129 - Training coach and author Matt Schifferle has spent a lot of time creating efficient and effective workout routines. He doesn't believe in wasting time on exercises that don't matter and neither do I. That's why it was so educating and refreshing to have him on my show. None of us have an infinite amount of time in our days to add long strengthening routines. We already have miles to run, as well as everything else. Let's save some time and have some fun!
