#67 - Running race companies were hit hard because of Covid-19. I give a few reports of what some race companies are doing and hope this gives a bright headlamp to guide us through to the end of this dark tunnel. We need to support our races. If the race companies you like are doing virtual races and you can afford to do one, please do so! Let's do everything we can to help out each other. 

I also give some exercises to do to help with balance on the road and trail. Once in a while falls happen, but if you find yourself falling a lot and you aren't sure why, maybe these will help. 

And lastly, I review the ONLY soft-sided bottle I've found that I like!
