#35 - There's not many places in the world Ray hasn't run, at least twice or three or four or five times! He's run a 135 mile race in Brazil five times. He's run in Nepal and New Zealand and I'll let him tell you how many times he's done Badwater! He's run races throughout the world. He works hard at his job so he can make the global races happen. He laments that younger runners don't always listen to the advice he gives during races. Isn't that always the case? You'd be smart if you took a few moments and listened though, because he has literally done it all.... he tells us about it in today's episode and it's exciting to hear his love and joy for all of his experiences. 

And we too can do hard things! So, remember, keep going, even when things get tough, don't give up, keep moving forward!
