Its OK to be NOT OK, as it's just a phase.
It's completely normal to break down, cry once a while or feel unhappy at times.
Rather than feeling miserable about it, learn to accept it. Allow yourself time to process your feelings and get through them at your own time.
Forcing yourself to be happy, or to feel any emotion for that matter, never works.
Just as you listen to your body when you’re tired or hungry, you need to listen to your brain when you’re not happy and allow yourself to feel what you’re feeling.
Just go a bit easy on self and give time to self, to heal, to redefine new plans or to set new goals as #itsallaboutlovingyourselffirst.
