My naturopath, Dr. Jen Stanley, is back to share what she’s learned about COVID19. She shares which foods “dock” or attach to a cell so COVID19 can’t “dock” or attach (think garlic, shallots (specifically shallots!), onion, sprouts, leeks, bok choy, green tea and kale). She also discussed the 4 essential oils that kill air born viruses (to put in a diffuser or on a towel to diffuse while taking a shower), and other helpful tips.
