22.Termeh Shafie and David Schoch

Termeh Shafie is Lecturer in Social Statistics at the University of Manchester, and her research interest falls in the intersection of multivariate statistics and social network analysis. She likes working interdisciplinary and doing research that moves across scientific borders. The projects that she had worked on and is currently working on are listed in her webpage.

David Schoch have a PhD in Computer Science and currently employed as a Presidential Fellow at the University of Manchester in the Department of Sociology. He is a mathematician by training and his research interests lie in the field of (social) network analysis. More specifically, he is interested in understanding the mathematical foundations of networks. He is also a semi-active blogger, writing about doing things in R and he maintains a football analytics website (soccerverse). His works can be seen at the next webpage: http://mr.schochastics.net.

Termeh Shafie es profesora de Estadística Social en la Universidad de Manchester, y su interés de investigación recae en la intersección de las estadísticas multivariadas y el análisis de redes sociales. Le gusta trabajar de forma interdisciplinaria y realizar investigaciones que traspasen las fronteras científicas.
