About our guest

For over 40 years, Ann Marie has been empowering women and entrepreneurs towards confidence, well-being, and purpose by helping them from the “inside” out. Ann Marie believes that bringing understanding of who we were created to be deep within, brings courage and strength to accomplish our purpose. Having suffered spinal and traumatic brain injuries, one of Ann Marie’s life quests was to learn how our brain function affects our bodies, behaviours, and lives. Struggling to find ways to engage in life without pain but with purpose was a priority. Ann Marie’s goal is to share what she has learned with others and help them to gain confidence, competence, and wholeness in their minds to THRIVE not survive in every extension of life.
