Johnny Has the Keys

Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock) is a medical engineer on her first shuttle mission. Her commander, veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney), is helming this last flight before his retirement. During a routine maintenance job, disaster strikes when unexpected space debris pummels them, destroying the shuttle. Ryan and Matt are stranded in space with no link to Earth and no hope of rescue. The only way home is a dangerous trek to another station. But will they make it in time?
