And people are really deciding if the ones they've been hanging out with are the ones that they want to continue to hang out with, because of these belief systems that are coming up.

• 08:00 I feel like the COVID thing was a little bit of Go to your room and think about this for a minute, go get clear on what it is that you how you'd like to live your life, what's working, what's not working in your life. And some of this has been so so emotionally, physically, spiritually, energetically draining that some of you may not have had the time to even consider this yet.
