Staff, suppliers, clients, friends, acquaintances, government officials, and many more people constantly solicit business owners; it's like everybody expects something from them.
Yet, entrepreneurs often find themselves feeling lonely.
Regardless of the industry they operate in, business owners usually carry many responsibilities and directly impact others' lives (starting with their own employees). The entrepreneurship journey comes with countless emotional challenges. For instance:
- The anxiety to know whether or not they will be able to pay staff salaries at the end of the month, and have enough financial resources to support their own families
- The fear of making the wrong decisions and the potential adverse consequences on their businesses as well as their staff
- The stress of dealing with constant problem solving, coping with high workload associated with a lack of social life
As a result, entrepreneurs bear much pressure. They don't necessarily know whom to talk to.
This is why I created Inter:views podcast: to help entrepreneurs break isolation, and better navigate their journey.
Inter:views concept is simple: I invite small and medium entrepreneurs from all around the world to talk about their entrepreneurship journeys, and inspire others by sharing their experience and practical tips on their ways to build outstanding businesses.
I support women entrepreneurs and I make sure to balance the gender parity among my guests.
