INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today we're talking about INFJs and boundary benchmarks. A couple of videos ago, we talked about the INFJ Door Slam and I had a lot of feedback from you saying: "I try to do the gentle door slam, I try to set boundaries more gently, way before a door slam was necessary, but it didn't work." And then I recognized that I didn't specify that it won't feel like a gentle boundary. It won't feel like something that comes naturally to you. If you set boundaries earlier than you have normally done, you will feel like you're being rude. It will feel harsh to you. There will be a lot of emotions that will come up and you won't be able to recognize them until you are at that point. I work on this continuously because I, as a leader, as a role model, get into situations that I've never been before, where I have to decide, okay, what is the right boundary that I set at this place? And every single time I have to adjust those boundaries. Every single time I have to set a new benchmark that feels uncomfortable. So this is what we're going to talk about today because I believe that once you get this concept, it will help you continue to improve your boundaries, to have better relationships, and to feel great all together.
