Infj Explained | Why INFJs Are Either Too Angry Or Too Forgiving

Today we're talking about anger versus forgiveness because every single time, you want to step into your INFJ "warrior"-ness, you need to be able to grow as a person; to let go of old trauma, and to approach life in a bigger way. To do that, we have to let go of past resentment. We have to be able to forgive things because then we can let go. But most of us either fall into the category of "I forgive everything and I'm all peaceful and there's never anything I get mad at" (which you can already be sure is just a coping mechanism ;) - it's not REALLY letting go). And then the other half of us are angry all the time and are not able to forgive or let go altogether today - today we're going to tackle both of those things.
