Listen in to a bonus episode of the **** Humane audio drama podcast. This week, we're interviewing special guest Louise Jameson, who starred in the radio adaptation of the stage play.
Louise has been lighting up our screens and stages for fifty years this year. She is perhaps best known for playing as Italian matriarch Rosa Di Marco in TV’s EastEnders, and also starring in Dr Who, Tenko and Bergerac . Louise is also an inveterate activist, championing a range of different issues including prison reform, CND, and better representation of women on screen. There couldn’t be a more perfect person therefore to speak to about the relationship between theatre and social change, acting and activism!
You can buy tickets for the play at the Pleasance Theatre, which is on until 21 Nov 2021 here: https://www.pleasance.co.uk/event/humane-0#overview
