The Holding the Ladder in Sport and Leadership podcast is a podcast hosted by Tim Rice. Each episode will feature guests who have extensive experience in this great field. Tim has over 32 years of sport industry experience and serves as the program director over the Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) academic program at the University of Arizona Global Campus. He has served in various coaching, administrative, and governance roles both in the United States and internationally. He earned a doctoral degree in sport management and uses his years of experience and education to try to help others achieve great things in their life and career.
