At some point in all of our lives we will be challenged by grief. While each one of us will grieve in a unique way, the experience of loss is universal. I am not looking to cure your grief, I simply want to support you through it. Although we may not have control over a break up, divorce, or death occurring, we do have complete control over the thinking that follows. (even if it doesn’t feel that way) We CAN create an experience where we fully feel the grief and desire healing, or we can become a victim of the pain and suffering. The choice IS ours. Join us as we explore a yoga nidra meditation to begin the healing process after grief. There is nothing for you to do, simply follow the sound of my voice and invite your breath to slow down.
