Allow your day to melt away as we peel away the layers of tension to uncover the peace that lays within. We will begin by awakening all of the senses. Moving beyond the layer of the physical, we will follow the inner workings of our mind. Working from the outside in, to effect change from the inside out. Once you throw off your burdens, you will find it easier to drift off into blissful, deep sleep.
