We are laying the groundwork for our healing mission. When we realize how powerful our thoughts and beliefs are, it just makes sense to harness that power by bringing awareness to them. Setting our Heartfelt Mission is a step to put the tools in place now for when the road to healing becomes bumpy. There is no straight line between PTSD and healing. There will be ups and downs. So we begin to focus on our Heartfelt Mission in the beginning to strengthen us when our journey gets tough.
