Guided yoga nidra, no background music.
Too often we give up on our meditation practice because we think we have to silence the mind but that will never happen when we focus on all of the thoughts popping into our head! Allow me to show you proven ways of slowing down the thoughts. Increasing the space between the thoughts so we can be aware of when our thoughts are drawing our attention away from our breath. You can do this!! I have purposely not used music here so those with PTSD and TBI can focus without distraction. Enjoy!
