Guided meditation, no background music.
In his book The iRest Program for healing PTSD Dr. Richard Miller has practices to begin your journey into healing your PTSD. The practice is short easy and can be done quickly wherever you are. No need to meditate for an hour. Simply dip your toe into the pool. See if this is something you can do to help you feel better. There is an introduction, then the practice (Which has been slightly modified from the book) and finally an explanation. I hope you find these practices as calming and healing as I did.
